*Licensor Turnley finds that, based on the complaint inspection, that it was confirmed through staff that a staff member gave a different child the medication because there was no information on the bag that was a prescription label. Staff gave the medication without another staff member able to confirm because of the absence of any information on the Ziploc bag given to the staff.
